Fabrication of high-entropy REBa<sub>2</sub>Cu<sub>3</sub>O<sub>7</sub>−δ thin films by pulsed laser deposition

چکیده

Abstract Thin films of RE Ba 2 Cu 3 O 7− δ ( 123, : rare earth) having a high-entropy (HE) site were successfully fabricated by the pulsed laser deposition method. Solution various elements result in increasing configurational entropy mixing. Critical current density HE exceeds an order 1.0 MA cm −2 under conditions T &lt; 20 K and μ 0 H 7 T. Since effects have potential to improvement irradiation tolerance, present results encourage further development 123 superconducting materials used environment with high magnetic fields irradiation, for example fusion reactors.
